Vern Tepe for Kane County Board District 22

Why I’m Running for RE-ELECTION

My wife Judi and I thoroughly enjoy our life in Kane County and we have been able to become engaged in local civic and volunteer activities. As a Kane County Board Member for the past 2 years, and an Elgin Township Trustee for the four years prior to that, I am proud of the contributions that I have made. In particular, my involvement in Re-Districting Kane County, my impact on the Health Committee, and my participation on the Finance Committee of the Kane County Forest Preserve Board has made it possible for me to see that your tax dollars are used wisely.

I Need Your Help!

  1. I need your vote – November 5, 2024 is Election Day & Early Voting in Elgin starts on October 1, 2024.
  2. Work to get your friends and neighbors to vote. Many people fail to vote in the elections and, in order to win; we need to get the vote out. If you belong to any group or organization I will be available to come and answer any questions that they may have. I can provide targeted call/walk lists just for you.
  3. I need locations to put up signs – particularly larger signs. If you will allow us to put a sign in your yard, or know of a location where we could put up a larger sign that would be appreciated..
  4. Join my EMAIL LIST – I’ll keep you informed. As I have done as an Elgin Township Trustee, I’ll keep you informed on what is happening and the status on major issues as they arise. Just send an email to verntepe@gmail.com
